We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Replacement

After inspecting the returned item /damaged items we shall deliver you the replacement within 7-10 business days

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded and credited on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. (Refund is only applicable if we are unable to replace the damaged item/or if a product is out of stock, no other reasons will be accepted)

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations are not accepted once an order is placed for ready stock or pre-orders, unless the product is out of stock. If a cancellation is exceptionally approved, a 2% transaction fee plus GST will be deducted per product from the total amount.

Please note returns/replacements are only accepted for damaged items (No other reasons accepted) – during transit with a proper parcel opening video without any edits from start to finish. Without a parcel opening video, no claim will be accepted.

In case a customer refuses to accept the parcel or attempts to cancel the order through the delivery partner, no refund will be issued. The customer will be held liable for cancellation charges, delivery and return shipping costs (both ways), as well as handling and packing charges. No exceptions will be made.
